This year reminded me that storytelling isn’t just about the final creation—it’s about the connections, growth, and lessons along the way. It’s about daring to see the world differently, honoring the wisdom of those around us, and embracing the courage to tell the stories that matter most.

"Changing Lives" is a heartfelt exploration of the transformative power of acting. This documentary shines a light on the students' journeys as they navigate vulnerability, authenticity, and self-discovery through the art of performance. It highlights the profound impact acting has on personal growth, healing, and connection.

As my first film project, Changing Lives was more than a creative endeavor—it was a deeply personal exploration of the healing potential of storytelling. Acting has the power to reflect our innermost truths, allowing us to transform pain into purpose.

Through directing, cinematography, producing, editing, and promoting this film, I set out to share a story that resonates with anyone on a journey toward self-discovery and emotional growth.

CAPTURING THE SPIRIT OF THE GAME

The 2024 WSF Junior Squash Championships was a historic moment in the squash world and a transformative experience in my creative journey. Held at the Houston Squash Club, this tournament marked the first time both men’s and women’s team events were held concurrently—a groundbreaking achievement that brought together the top junior players from around the world.

  • Historic Achievement: The first tournament to host concurrent men’s and women’s team events.

  • Global Participation: Featured 243 players from 39 nations competing with unmatched intensity and passion.

  • A Unique Opportunity: Initially passed over for this role, I was later called back to document this event—a reminder of the power of perseverance and unexpected blessings.

A Storytelling Journey:

Capturing the energy and emotions of the event through sports photography was a first for me. It taught me the beauty of finding untold stories in every corner of the world.
